Stainless Steel, Alloy 40
This grade is a Nitrogen strengthened Austenitic Steel which provides a combination of high strength excellent resistance to corrosion especially at high temperatures. This stainless is used in numerous applications including Aircraft components, fasteners, pollution control and chemical processing.
