This grade is a registered trademark of Carpenter Technology Corporation. This alloy is a Martensitic Age Hardenable Stainless with exceptional tensile strength and corrosion resistance. The strength of this grade is superior to that of Custom 455. The applications are generally used in the Aerospace and Defence Industries.
